If something isn't working for you in class — a missing assignment, a lost PIN, a submission that won't save — please talk to your teacher first. They can fix account and classwork issues the fastest.

I'm a parent or guardian

Questions about what your student sees on GibbsEd, or how their data is handled, are best raised with their teacher or school. For questions our Privacy page doesn't answer, email [email protected].

I'm a teacher or school administrator

For access, account trouble, or general questions, email [email protected].

Security or privacy concern

To report a vulnerability or privacy concern, email [email protected]. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

GibbsEd is a small, teacher-run platform. Replies come from a single operator and may take a day or two outside of school hours.
